Despite its compact size, the Deye SUN-5K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 offers an impressive PV connection capacity of up to 10 kWp. Two independent MPP trackers in 2/1+1 configuration with a voltage range of 150-850 V ensure optimal yields, even with differently oriented solar modules. The maximum efficiency of 97.6% and MPPT efficiency above 99% guarantee efficient energy conversion.
Backup Power and Battery Storage
The Deye SUN-5K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 supports high-voltage batteries in the range of 160 to 700 V with a maximum charge and discharge current of 30 A. Six programmable time periods enable intelligent battery management to maximize self-consumption. In backup mode, the inverter delivers full rated power of 5 kW with 100% unbalanced load per phase, with peak power of 8 kW for 10 seconds.
Flexibility and Scalability
Up to 10 units of the Deye SUN-5K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 can be connected in parallel for both on-grid and off-grid operation. The AC coupling function enables retrofitting of existing solar systems. Additionally, the inverter can store energy from a diesel generator, further increasing flexibility. Communication is via RS485, RS232, CAN and optionally WiFi, Bluetooth, GPRS, 4G or LAN.
