Eight MPP Trackers for Complex Roof Layouts
The KACO blueplanet 100 NX3 M8 features eight independent MPP trackers with two string inputs each. This enables optimal connection of differently oriented or shaded roof areas. Each tracker processes up to 30 A with an MPP range of 550 to 850 V.
200% DC Oversizing Possible
With up to 200 kWp recommended PV generator power, the blueplanet 100 NX3 M8 allows DC oversizing of 200 percent. This maximizes yields especially with east-west orientation, partial shading, and during the productive marginal hours of the day.
99% Peak Efficiency Through SiC Technology
Silicon carbide semiconductors (SiC) enable the KACO blueplanet 100 NX3 M8 to achieve an outstanding maximum efficiency of 99.0 percent. European weighted efficiency is 98.8 percent. This translates directly into higher yields and shorter payback periods.
Integrated Arc Fault Detection
The blueplanet 100 NX3 M8 offers integrated arc fault detection and interruption per IEC 63027 Region A in version L. This significantly increases system safety and can prevent fires from faulty connections or damaged cables.
Replaceable Surge Arresters
The DC surge arresters Type 1+2 and AC surge arresters Type 2 of the KACO blueplanet 100 NX3 M8 are pluggable and thus replaceable without opening the device in service cases. This minimizes downtime and significantly simplifies maintenance.
Cyber Security and Professional Communication
The blueplanet 100 NX3 M8 offers comprehensive cyber security technology to protect the system. Communication is via Ethernet with Modbus TCP SunSpec and RS485 with Modbus RTU SunSpec. An integrated web server supports mobile devices.
