The KOSTAL PLENTICORE G3 M 8.5 opens the medium power class of the G3 series with a base power of 8.5 kW. Like all G3 models, this hybrid inverter also offers the unique possibility of later power expansion to 10 or 12.5 kW via software upgrade.

Enhanced Efficiency of the M-Class

With a maximum efficiency of 98.14 percent, the KOSTAL PLENTICORE G3 M 8.5 even surpasses the S class. The European efficiency of 97.49 percent guarantees consistently high yields across the entire power spectrum. This premium efficiency pays off significantly over the lifetime of the system.

Higher Input Currents for More Flexibility

The DC3 input of the KOSTAL PLENTICORE G3 M 8.5 supports up to 30 amps input current - ideal for connecting high-performance high-voltage batteries. The DC1 and DC2 inputs each offer 17 amps for modern high-performance modules.

Powerful Backup Function

With 12.5 kVA backup power, the KOSTAL PLENTICORE G3 M 8.5 offers significantly more reserves than the S class. In emergency power operation, larger consumers such as heat pumps or electric heaters can also be supplied.
