The Luxor LX-470M/182R188-108+ GG achieves the highest efficiency of the entire TOPCon series at 23.85%. The 108 N-type TOPCon half-cells use advanced Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact technology for nearly loss-free charge carrier collection at passivated cell backsides.
