Prior PV - Sophisticated design for maximum adaptability
The innovative 4-way adjustability enables precise positioning of the roof hook bracket, allowing it to be perfectly positioned between the corrugations of the roof tiles. This ensures that there are no contact points between the bracket and the roof tiles that could lead to damage or leaks. A gap of at least 5 mm between the bracket and the roof tile, and 2 mm between the base plate and the face of the roof tile, ensures optimal rainwater drainage.
Prior PV aluminum roof hooks, adjustable in 4 positions, enable simple and secure installation.
The hooks are attached to the rafters using two high-quality stainless steel wood screws (8 x 80 mm or 8 x 100 mm) per rafter through the provided upper and lower mounting holes. The pre-assembled hammer-head screws enable easy connection to the support rails of the PV mounting system. After precise alignment, the connections are secured with a defined tightening torque of 20-25 Nm, ensuring a permanently stable attachment.
