With 3.3 kW continuous power and 4.4 kW for 30 minutes, the SMA Sunny Island 4.4M offers sufficient power for smaller self-consumption systems and island solutions. Maximum efficiency of 95.5 percent guarantees minimal losses in energy conversion.
Flexible Battery Compatibility
The SMA Sunny Island 4.4M works with a variety of battery types: Both lead-acid batteries (FLA, VRLA) and approved lithium-ion batteries from various manufacturers are compatible. The 48V DC battery voltage is standard for many storage systems.
Intelligent Charge Management
The IUoU charging process with automatic full charge and equalization charge optimizes battery lifespan. Maximum charging current of 75 amps enables fast charging of larger battery capacities from 100 Ah to 10,000 Ah (lead) or 50 Ah to 10,000 Ah (Li-ion).
Easy Commissioning and Monitoring
Thanks to integrated web interface and standard WLAN and Ethernet interfaces, the Sunny Island 4.4M can be easily commissioned via smartphone or tablet. Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS offers convenient monitoring and system analysis.
Robust Design for Extreme Conditions
