SolarEdge SE4000H - Flexible 4 kW Inverter with Dual MPPT
The SolarEdge SE4000H marks the entry into the more powerful class of the Home Wave series with two MPP trackers. The 4 kW AC rated power combined with 8 kW DC input capacity makes this inverter the ideal choice for medium to large single-family home systems.
Dual MPPT for Maximum Flexibility
With two MPP inputs, the SolarEdge SE4000H offers significantly more flexibility in string configuration than its smaller siblings. Two separate DC inputs with one MC4 pair each allow connecting modules of different orientations or tilts to one inverter.
Outstanding HD-Wave Efficiency
HD-Wave technology gives the SolarEdge SE4000H a maximum efficiency of 99.2 percent. The European weighted efficiency is an excellent 98.8 percent. These peak values minimize conversion losses and maximize your solar system's yield over its entire lifetime.
Generous DC Oversizing
The maximum DC input power of 8000 W allows 200 percent oversizing compared to the AC rated power. In combination with SolarEdge power optimizers, you can achieve maximum yields even under suboptimal conditions. The maximum input current is 11.5 A.
Expandable Energy System
The SolarEdge SE4000H can be seamlessly expanded with the SolarEdge Home Battery. Smart Energy Management automatically optimizes self-consumption and grid feed-in. This way you optimally use your self-generated solar power and sustainably reduce your electricity costs.
Proven Robust Construction
Despite the increased power, the SE4000H remains pleasantly light at 7.8 kg. The IP65 protection rating and operating temperature range of -40 to +60 degrees Celsius guarantee reliable operation under all environmental conditions. Passive cooling through natural convection operates completely silently.
