The heart of fothermo products is the patented MPP tracker, which achieves an impressive efficiency of 99%. This innovative technology converts the electricity from the photovoltaic modules directly into hot water – without the need for an inverter. Diverse product range for every need

fothermo offers a comprehensive product range for a wide variety of applications:

Hybrid boilers (30L and 80L): These models combine cost-effective solar energy with a 1,500W auxiliary heater and are the ideal replacement for conventional electric boilers. A two-person household can save 700-1,000 kWh of electricity annually with an 80L boiler and three photovoltaic modules.

Solar storage tanks (200L and 300L): These larger systems can completely replace existing heating systems during the summer months and supply up to six people with hot water.

Photovoltaic heating elements: Enable the easy retrofitting of existing hot water boilers with up to 2,000 Wp of photovoltaic power.

Intelligent energy management

The fothermo switching device is particularly innovative: When more photovoltaic power is available than is needed for hot water production, it feeds the excess energy into the home's grid via an 800W balcony power station inverter. This not only reduces hot water costs, but also general household electricity costs.
